Well I made it a great positive. You can train with a stroller and still compete with the best
and breakthrough those barriers holding you back. One of my biggest goals with older athletes is to take what are perceived as life obstacles and merge them into a positive training program that makes you competitive with the best still. That four days of travel on the job can be used to avoid injury and cross train. You can be in charge of a busy family life and succeed. The key is having a year round training regimen I can share that has resilience to monthly changes beyond your control. I can formulate an individual program for the passionate individual for fitness or competitive goals. You will succeed with your family and work at the same time.
