My full time profession has me at altitude many times a year for the past 20 years. Through this experience I
developed a training approach for stays from three days to ten days consecutively and beyond. For those that frequent altitudes above 7500 Feet above sea level I can share several approaches to harness the benefits when returning to sea level . The goal is to depart the mountains with minimal fatigue and an immune system thats not compromised.
